Assistant Manager

We're expanding our team at an award-winning fine-dining destination in Riyadh and looking for a sharp, confident, and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our floor and elevate the guest experience. If you have a strong background in fine dining, a commanding yet approachable presence, and a genuine passion for hospitality — we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For:

• Presentable appearance with a sharp presence and confident, charming personality
• Genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and floor management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to stay composed, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure during peak hours
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Great English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
