Bar Supervisor

We're expanding our team at an award-winning fine-dining destination in Riyadh and looking for a presentable, magnetic, and hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience. If you have a strong, charming personality, genuinely love interacting with guests on the floor, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment - we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Bar Supervisor, Bartender, or in bar management preferred
• Presentable appearance with a strong, charming personality
• Passionate about interacting with guests and creating memorable moments on the floor
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a bar team
• Ability to work efficiently and gracefully under pressure during peak hours
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Great English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
