We're expanding our team at an award-winning Italian fine-dining destination in Riyadh and looking for a presentable, organized, and confident Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house experience. If you have strong leadership skills, a warm and professional presence, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment — we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For:- Arabic speaking is a must; strong English communication skills required
- Prior experience as a Receptionist
- Presentable, elegant appearance with a strong, confident personality
- Proven ability to lead and support a reception/host team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and guest flow efficiently
- Ability to stay composed and solutions-focused under pressure during peak hours
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Natural leadership with a hands-on, team-first approach
- Excellent guest engagement and problem-solving skills
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and manage the floor proactively
