The Assistant Manager
- Housekeeping will support the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation throughout the hotel. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional looking to grow their leadership career within a world-class hotel brand.

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
• Support colleague training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor housekeeping inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Previous experience in Housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Proficiency in English
