Assistant Learning & Quality Manager

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Assistant Learning & Quality Manager with a passion for people development and service excellence to lead our learning initiatives and ensure consistent quality standards across the hotel.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Leading the planning and delivery of training programs to support colleague development
• Monitoring service standards and conducting regular quality checks across the hotel
• Coaching and supporting department leaders to improve service quality and performance
• Managing onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning activities for colleagues
• Reviewing guest feedback and quality results to identify areas for improvement
• Preparing and reviewing learning and quality reports to monitor performance

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Human Resources, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Good command of written and spoken English required
