- Supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations supervising and training the team inspecting rooms and common areas managing linen and supplies ensuring cleanliness and hygiene and maintaining exceptional five-star luxury service standards
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
- Possession of relevant housekeeping or hospitality certifications is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
