The Guest Environment Expert
- Housekeeping will help ensure hotel spaces are clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming for every guest. This role is not limited to preparing rooms and making beds; it also includes maintaining the overall hotel environment, responding to guest needs, restocking supplies, cleaning public areas, and supporting housekeeping operations with professionalism and care. The selected candidate will contribute directly to guest satisfaction by keeping rooms and shared spaces fresh, organized, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, daily room assignments, and quality expectations.
• Make beds, change linens, refresh towels, replenish amenities, and arrange guest room items neatly.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, surfaces, and assigned room areas with close attention to detail.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, corridors, service areas, and other assigned hotel locations.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Stock housekeeping carts with linens, towels, cleaning products, guest supplies, and required work tools.
• Move through assigned areas proactively and complete housekeeping duties based on daily operational priorities.
• Follow company policies, cleaning procedures, safety standards, hygiene rules, and security requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, protect guest privacy, and handle hotel property and guest belongings responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety hazards, unusual findings, or lost items to the supervisor.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional throughout the shift.
• Uphold quality standards by checking rooms and spaces carefully before they are released for guest use.
• Support team members when needed to complete room cleaning, guest requests, and public area tasks.
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, supplies, and housekeeping materials correctly and safely.
• Stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items as required during daily duties.
• Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance when required by operational tasks.
• Perform additional reasonable housekeeping duties requested by supervisors to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, room attendant, janitorial, hotel operations, or guest room service experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning, arranging rooms, restocking supplies, and checking presentation.
• Able to follow instructions, cleaning checklists, safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Comfortable working in an active role that requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, carrying, and moving throughout the shift.
• Good attitude toward guest service, teamwork, confidentiality, and professional behavior.
• Able to communicate clearly with supervisors, colleagues, and guests when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to support housekeeping needs across guest rooms and public spaces.
• Able to work in a luxury hotel environment where cleanliness, service, appearance, and consistency are essential.
• Physically able to move supplies, restock carts, clean assigned areas, and complete housekeeping duties during a full shift.
• Willing to perform varied housekeeping and guest environment responsibilities based on hotel operational needs.
