To supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Ewaa Hotels’ standards and operating procedures.

• Supervise daily operations across restaurants, cafés, room service, and banquet functions as applicable.
• Assign daily duties and monitor the performance and productivity of Food & Beverage staff.
• Ensure professional, efficient, and friendly service is consistently provided to guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor the cleanliness and readiness of restaurants, service areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure restaurants and banquet areas are properly prepared before service.
• Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, operating supplies, and equipment, and report shortages to the relevant manager.
• Control waste, breakage, and unnecessary consumption to support cost-efficiency.
• Ensure orders, billing, and transactions are processed accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover between shifts.
• Train and coach new and existing employees on service standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, grooming, uniforms, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Prepare and submit daily and periodic operational reports as required.
• Support the achievement of Food & Beverage sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, events, and special functions.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the direct manager.

• Ensure all Food & Beverage outlets are fully prepared before opening.
• Monitor service quality and staff performance during peak operating periods.
• Ensure guest orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all employees follow approved hotel policies and operating procedures.
• Safeguard hotel equipment, facilities, and operating assets.
• Immediately report operational issues, safety concerns, or service failures to the direct manager.

Pay: ﷼1,800.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
