The Head Hostess position oversees the daily operations of the reception and guest welcome area within the dining hall, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional welcome and a smooth guest flow.
She will supervise the Hostess/Receptionist team, maintain service standards, and support the Reception Manager in coordinating reception activities across floors. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality with supervisory experience and prior work in restaurants, hotels, or large dining venues.
