Responsibilities- Monitor hotel operations service standards guest experience costs and operator performance
- Review management reports guest feedback audits and operational risks
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency quality revenue performance and asset value
- Ensure compliance with SOPs brand standards safety requirements and approved business plans
- Review and coordinate OS amp E and FF amp E selections mock-ups installation readiness and handover
- Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption
- Coordinate with hotel operators consultants contractors and internal stakeholders
- Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance.
- Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred.
