The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing rooms and total revenue at The Red Palace through strategic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting. This role works closely with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing to deliver commercial performance in line with the property's luxury positioning.
RESPONSABILITIES- Develop and execute pricing strategies across all segments (transient, group, corporate, wholesale) and channels (OTA, GDS, direct, voice)
- Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts (30/60/90-day and annual) using historical data, market trends, and on-the-books pace
- Conduct daily rate and inventory reviews; adjust restrictions (minimum stay, closed-to-arrival) to optimize RevPAR
- Own the RMS/PMS revenue configuration and ensure rate parity across all distribution channels
- Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with the General Manager, Sales, and Reservations leadership
- Daily pick-up report by market segment
- Analyze competitive set performance (STR reports, rate shopping) and adjust positioning accordingly
- Work with Sales on group pricing, displacement analysis, and contract negotiation
- Prepare monthly revenue performance reports and budget/forecast variance analysis
- Champion The Red Palace's brand standards and rate integrity across all market segments
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of Rates details in the PMS and all distributions channels including but not limited to ARI, rate pricing, Packages, Cancellation policies, Guarantee & Payment Policies as well as children policy.
- 4–7 years in hotel revenue management, ideally within luxury or ultra-luxury properties
- Strong command of PMS/RMS platforms (Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort with financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
