We’re searching for a Banquet/Sales Coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting successful events to help us create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating banquet and event bookings from initial enquiry through to completion
- Assisting the Sales team with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence
- Maintaining accurate event details, schedules, and function sheets
- Coordinating with Banquet, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and follow up on requests
- Assisting with site inspections and promoting the hotel’s meeting and banquet facilities
Experience
Required:
- One or more years of experience in Sales, Banquets, Events, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
Education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Languages: Good command of written and spoken English required
