The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards and procedures.

• Manage and supervise daily Housekeeping operations.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel.
• Supervise and develop the housekeeping team.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Control housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally.
• Monitor departmental costs and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in hotels.
• Previous hotel experience is required

• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
