Responsible for managing and overseeing all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily F&B operations and service standards.
- Supervise and develop F&B team members.
- Control food and beverage costs and operational expenses.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Banquets, and other departments.
- Monitor quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Support revenue growth and achieve departmental targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Hotel experience is required.
