As Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, presentation, and safety throughout the hotel. You will lead the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Four Seasons standards of service and operational excellence.

You will develop and implement effective departmental strategies, manage budgets and operating expenses, optimize productivity, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in guest rooms, suites, public areas and other designated spaces, ensuring that all areas reflect the hotel's luxury positioning.

Working closely with the Director of Rooms and other hotel leaders, you will drive guest satisfaction, develop and motivate the Housekeeping team, and ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.

• Oversee the overall Housekeeping operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, comfort, and maintenance across guest rooms, suites, public areas, and other designated hotel spaces.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, operating procedures, and service standards in alignment with Four Seasons policies and brand expectations.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
