Guest Service Officer Hyatt Hotel Management

The Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a Guest Service Officer to join their team. This role is based in the spa department and focuses on providing high-quality wellness and relaxation services to guests within a luxury hotel environment.

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and aromatherapy) in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions as required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy.

• Knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
