Hotel Manager Consultant – Part-Time

Locanda Homes is seeking an experienced hotel management professional to join us as a part-time Hotel Operations Consultant in Riyadh.

This is a flexible consultancy engagement suitable for an experienced hotel manager who wishes to contribute their expertise while continuing in their current full-time role. The selected candidate does not need to leave their current employment.

• Advise on hotel operations, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and review of operating procedures across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Assess operational performance and recommend practical improvements.
• Guide the team on staffing, training, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and site visits in Riyadh, as agreed.

• A minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels, with a strong preference for 5-star experience.
• Previous hotel management experience in Riyadh.
• Official experience certificates issued by the hotel or hotels where the candidate worked in Riyadh. Certificates must be signed and stamped, or otherwise officially verifiable, and clearly state job titles and employment dates.
• Willingness to provide references for employment verification.
• Currently based in Riyadh and available for agreed meetings and site visits.
• Ability to undertake the consultancy alongside existing employment, subject to any applicable employer approvals and contractual requirements.

Official, verifiable experience certificates from hotels in Riyadh are required. A CV alone will not satisfy this requirement. Candidates unable to provide these documents will not be considered.
