Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central and HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (ECC/S4
HANA) and Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end payroll and EC implementations. This role requires hands‑on configuration skills, problem‑solving ability, and the capability to support and enhance existing payroll and EC environments.
Provide operational support for SAP HCM and Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
Handle deployment and handover of enhancement change requests (CRs).
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll and EC‑related issues.
Prepare and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.
Configure small‑scale requirements and system enhancements.
Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and integration testing.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processes and replication between EC and Payroll systems.
Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP, primarily focused on SAP HCM Payroll within ECC and S/4
HANA environments.At least one full‑cycle implementation of SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
SAP Certification in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll is mandatory.
Strong expertise in:
Success Factors EC Architecture, Data Models, RBP, Workflow, FO & MDF, Business Rules
Time Off & Time Structure, Time Account, Position Management, Report Center, Admin Center
Payroll Unified Configuration, Automatic/Push/Point‑to‑Point Replication, Replication Log Analysis
Payroll Switches, Payroll Configuration, Basic Pay, Factoring, PCRs, Schema, Function, PCC
End of Service (EOS), Off‑Cycles, Social Insurance, Company Loans, and Payroll Finance Posting
Experience working with other SAP Success Factors modules.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
