Key Responsibilities – Tamheer Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Saudi Arabia
  • Full‑Cycle Recruitment Support:
    Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting diverse candidates, ensuring alignment with Niceone’s standards and requirements.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement:
    Help design and deliver a positive, inclusive recruitment journey from first touchpoint to onboarding, maintaining transparent communication with all applicants.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:
    Contribute to building and maintaining a strong database of prospective candidates for current and future job openings across a variety of roles and departments.
  • Employer Branding:
    Support initiatives that showcase Niceone’s culture, values, and diversity through social media, events, and other employer branding channels in Saudi Arabia’s talent market.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross‑functional teams to understand hiring needs and deliver best‑in‑class talent acquisition solutions.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards. Assist in tracking metrics for continuous improvement and data‑driven recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed on local and regional recruitment and talent trends, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s competitiveness in Saudi Arabia.
Skills And Qualifications – Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, Saudi Arabia
  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:

    Previous internship, voluntary work, or project experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian talent market is advantageous.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Fluency in Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is valuable for cross‑team collaboration and communication.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
