HR Executive

, is looking for a dedicated and professional HR Executive to handle a wide range of human resource functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, improving HR processes, and contributing to a supportive and organized work environment.

• Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in an organized manner
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and development programs
• Handle employee queries related to HR, payroll, leave, and company policies
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company standards
• Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and disciplinary processes
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare HR reports for management review and decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
