- Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel skills
- Operate and update recruitment workflows using SAP Success Factors
- Ensure a high standard of communication and reporting in professional English
- Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting
