Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Officer Recruitment & HR to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Saudi onboarding and labour laws, as well as experience in recruitment and HR processes. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a successful recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with Saudi onboarding and labour laws to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, visas, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for employee development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi onboarding and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
