Job OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Asst Analyst will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes and partnering closely with business leaders and HRBPs to build high‑performing teams. This role will also serve as the change catalyst for implementing global TA practices in the Pakistan BU, ensuring data‑driven decisions and an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities- Own and execute the full‑cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to proactively understand current and future hiring needs.
- Build and present talent insights and sourcing strategies aligned with workforce planning and external talent market trends.
- Deliver key hiring KPIs, including Time to Fill and Time to Hire, and report progress through visual dashboards.
- Lead data analytics on offer acceptance and rejection trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Drive implementation of global TA tools, systems, and processes (e.g., ATS, Pay Calculator, Talent Cards) in KSA and manage local change adoption.
- Maintain and continuously improve candidate experience and employer branding.
- Conduct regular reviews with business leadership (e.g., PLT) through visual hiring dashboards and insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless hiring operations and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on talent acquisition for the BU, ensuring consistency and excellence in TA practices.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring by curating balanced and inclusive candidate pools.
- Lead internal talent mobility efforts and support internal job posting governance.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and tools to ensure Pepsi Co remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Align Saudi & UAE localization agendas with the hiring strategy.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Middle East TA hiring agendas.
- Strong communication skills, including professional email, phone etiquette, and candidate interaction.
- Experience with scheduling, calendar coordination, and managing interview logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and tracking.
