Position: Sr. Manager, Academy & People Excellence

JASARA PMC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Academy & People Excellence to spearhead our commitment to enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management systems that align with our strategic objectives. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary competencies to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and career progression.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and implement tailored development solutions.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops to cultivate future leaders.
  • Oversee performance management systems and provide support to managers in conducting evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices in employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the budget for Academy & People Excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, organizational development, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing training programs that drive organizational performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing and using data to inform decision-making regarding employee development programs.
  • Certification in training methods or human resources management is preferred.
