About the Role: Under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager, perform a wide variety of responsible personnel and administration tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel‑related documents in support of the Poultry Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a Diploma degree.
• Minimum 2 years in a personnel job.
• Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
• Ability to prioritize and complete workload assignments in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees.
• Ability to research and resolve personnel related discrepancies.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a culturally and ethnically diverse workforce.
