COOP / Cooperative Training Opportunity – HR Department
We are pleased to announce a COOP (Cooperative Training) opportunity within our Human Resources Department, designed for ambitious students who are eager to gain hands‑on HR experience and contribute to strategic people initiatives aligned with digital transformation.
Training Focus Areas- Talent Management
- Supporting talent development frameworks and competency models
- Assisting in performance management and career development initiatives
- Participating in talent reviews and succession planning activities
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- Supporting training needs analysis (TNA)
- Assisting in designing and coordinating training programs and workshops
- Supporting learning evaluation and training impact measurement
- AI & Digital Transformation in HR
- Assisting in LMS administration and learning analytics
- Contributing to AI‑enabled learning, automation, and data‑driven HR initiatives
- Gain practical exposure to modern HR practices
- Develop an understanding of strategic HR, L&D, and talent development
- Learn how AI and digital tools are applied in HR operations and learning ecosystems
- Build strong professional and analytical skills in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, MIS, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR, Talent Management, and Learning & Development
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, digital tools, or HR systems is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills
