The HR Business Partner at Al Bawani is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with operational goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role partners closely with operational departments to provide HR support, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities & Key Activities 1. HR Implementation Planning- Collaborate with operational leadership to implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing in operations.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform operational decisions.
- Support management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation in operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational management on employee relations issues.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions within operational teams.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in operational roles.
- Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions specific to operations.
- Partner with operational departments to identify talent needs and develop succession plans.
- Support recruitment efforts for operational roles by providing insights on market trends.
- Facilitate training and development programs tailored to operational staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives within operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations affecting operational staff.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures relevant to operations.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance in operational practices.
- Provide training to operational teams on HR policies and best practices.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics related to operations to assess organizational performance.
- Prepare reports for senior management on HR trends and findings impacting operations.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve HR practices in operations.
- Provide insights to inform workforce planning and development specific to operational needs.
Construction
Necessary Knowledge and Experience- Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in HR management or business partnering, with a focus on operations.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws relevant to operational settings.
- Proven track record in HR implementation planning and talent management in operational contexts.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution within operational teams.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis to support operational decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD) are preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and related software.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data and metrics relevant to operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging operational staff.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within an operational framework.
- Knowledge of training and development methodologies tailored to operational roles.
