Virtu Cruit is working with a leading Saudi group to hire an HR Director for a new automotive platform in Riyadh.
Role Overview
The HR Director will build the organizations people strategy, managing talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement from inception.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish HR policies, frameworks, and compliance.
- Drive workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Build training, L&D, and career progression systems.
- Embed culture and values aligned with Vision 2030.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years in HR leadership.
- Proven success in setting up HR for new ventures.
- CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
