You will be responsible for establishing and leading the HR function, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and proven experience in HR operations. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory and strong leadership skills are required.
