Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join a leading gas distribution company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on and strategic HR professional capable of building and leading the HR function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of human resources — from HR operations and employee relations to recruitment and training — to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture and ensuring that HR processes align with business goals.
- Establish, structure, and lead the HR function from scratch, setting up all key HR processes and systems.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage HR operations including employee documentation, contracts, renewals, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all government relations matters related to HR (e.g., GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem).
- Design and execute training and development programs to support employee growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with management to understand workforce needs, support strategic planning, and promote employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact and fairness, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Build and manage an HR team as the function grows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience setting up or leading HR operations in a developing or growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Hands‑on experience managing government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic environment with limited existing structure.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
