Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll administration and attendance tracking.
- Facilitate internal communication between HR and other departments.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
