- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various roles within the building construction industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific databases.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the building construction industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
