Responsibilities- Manage payroll accurately and timely.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- KPI management
- Handle offboarding and exit formalities
- Act as a point of contact for employees and management on HR matters
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and immigration regulations
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
