A Semi-Government client for Kafaat is looking for a HR & Capabilities (OD) Expert
Role OverviewWe are seeking an expert in Organizational Development to assess and build the Center’s human capital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Capability Assessment: Evaluate current workforce capabilities and identify gaps.
- Workforce Planning: Determine future job needs and headcount requirements.
- Capacity Building: Design plans to upskill employees and build internal capacity.
- Org Design: Update and optimize the organizational structure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or Organizational Psychology.
- 10+ years of experience in OD, Talent Management, or HR Consulting.
