This is a full-time Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Assistant position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting HR operations, handling day-to-day administrative matters, and ensuring the optimal use of HR systems. The job also includes managing and following up on administrative matters for the department, office, and staff, and supporting the HR team in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
It will also provide executive administrative support, coordinate meetings, address employee inquiries, and ensure efficient office operations.
- Managing HR daily practices and HR systems (Qiwa, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, etc).
- Effective organization and communication with employees and management.
- Handling confidential employee information.
- Managing employees' events to improve the work environment and quality.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Managing office procurement.
- Supervising employees.
- Monitoring employee needs.
- Overseeing the needs of employees, management, and the office.
- Drafting letters, contracts, and administrative correspondence.
- Assisting general management with administrative tasks.
- Performing any other duties as required by the line manager or the administration.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Junior level with 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with employees and management.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and maintain work discipline.
