At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are revolutionizing the landscape of entertainment, sports, and culture in Saudi Arabia. We are currently searching for a Specialist - Employee Relations to join our dedicated HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a harmonious work environment and addressing employee concerns while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
- Assist in investigating employee complaints and grievances, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-ups.
- Support the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance on probationary period evaluations and support managers in performance assessments.
- Lead offboarding processes, including exit interviews, to collect feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records related to employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support overall HR initiatives and contribute to a supportive workplace.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective employee relations practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
- Strong understanding of employee relations practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to employee engagement.
- Team player with a passion for creating a positive work environment.
