Overview

To conduct sourcing and attract the right candidate that meets the divisional requirements and reflect the Job Role s and responsibilities, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal & external customers and recruitment sources as well.

Responsibilities
  • To review the Recruitment Requests with Job descriptions, on a periodical basis to understand the manpower projections, the candidate profile required and initiate action for recruitment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
  • Maintaining and operating the recruitment tracking database system and generate required reports on periodical basis to ensure
  • Updating the database on a periodical basis in order to provide better service to our internal customers on time.
  • Reviewing, screening, pre-interview applicants as and when required accordingly to established guideline and procedures with full co-ordination with related departments.
  • Sourcing the right candidate by complying and adhering to company policies and procedures in the area of recruitment & selection to meet standards of quality performance.
  • Collaborating closely with the internal and external customers in drawing the interview schedule for interviews and calling candidates for interviews.
  • Ensure interviews’ logistics are effectively coordinated including the interviews’ attendance, schedules, location, participants, and other logistics.
  • Preparing job offer and following up all procedures until the candidate become one of the company’s staff.
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment of applying until the onboarding stage.
  • Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.
  • Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.
