Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic People and Culture Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the People and Culture department, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Support onboarding initiatives, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing timely support.
  • Assist in the administration of training programs and performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years' experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
