The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields, along with 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, managing payroll processing, and preparing payroll documentation. Proficiency in SAP Success Factors and strong analytical skills are required for this role.

Candidates with good communication skills in English will be preferred.
