HR Director

We are partnering with a FMCG client in Saudi Arabia to appoint an HR Director. This role will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen culture and performance, build leadership capability, and ensure HR operations and compliance are run to a high standard.

• Lead the HR agenda for the Saudi business, aligned to company goals
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and succession
• Drive culture, engagement, and change initiatives as the business scales

• Strengthen leadership and manager capability across functions
• Build succession plans and develop high-potential talent
• Drive practical learning and development programs linked to business needs
• Support Saudization/Nitaqat goals and local talent development

• Ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exits)
• Oversee performance management and reward practices (comp & benefits)
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, and related requirements
• Maintain strong employee relations and handle sensitive matters fairly and professionally

• 10–15+ years of HR experience, including a senior leadership role
• FMCG background strongly preferred (or similarly fast-paced, high-volume environment)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization/Nitaqat, and HR compliance
• Proven track record across talent, performance, and HR operations
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders; hands-on leadership style
• Bachelor’s degree required; CIPD/SHRM is a plus
• English required;
  Arabic is an advantage
