Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Saudi National to join us as an Executive, People Services, supporting our Saudi operations.

noon’s mission:
Every door, every day.

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward. We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented People Services Executive to join our KSA People Services team. This role will be primarily responsible for payroll inputs, data validation, and reconciliation, ensuring full alignment with GOSI monthly invoices and internal payroll records.

The position will also support internal audits by maintaining accurate HR documentation, payroll trackers, and compliance records in line with Saudi labor and GOSI requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel), excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support multiple People Services initiatives as required, and the flexibility to adapt to varying People Services priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and support payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations, ensuring full accuracy and alignment with GOSI monthly invoices, payroll reports, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain, validate, and update employee data and records across HR systems and trackers to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing payroll, GOSI, and People Services documentation in line with KSA regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Support the execution of People Services projects and initiatives, including process improvements and ad‑hoc operational requirements.
  • Ensure all employee files and documentation are complete, accurately archived, and maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain smooth administrative workflows and act as a key operational support point for the KSA People Services team.
  • Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel, to prepare reports, track data, and support daily People Services operations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by contributing to other People Services areas as needed, supporting overall team effectiveness and business priorities.
What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in People Services, HR Operations, or Payroll support roles, preferably within the KSA region.
  • Hands‑on experience with payroll inputs, data validation, reconciliations, and coordination with statutory bodies (GOSI exposure is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR documentation, compliance, and audit support in line with Saudi labor regulations.
  • close attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately across multiple systems and trackers.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) and good command of MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing People Services requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, dependable, and hands‑on team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Who will excel?
  • A proactive problem‑solver who anticipates issues and fixes them before they escape.
  • Someone who thrives in a visible, people‑facing role and enjoys being the go‑to person in the office.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
  • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
  • noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
