Training Specialist (Tamheer opportunity)| Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position OverviewThe Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support employee development and organizational goals. This role ensures that all training initiatives are aligned with HR strategies and contribute to enhancing workforce performance, skills, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning materials based on organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with department managers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in accordance with HR standards.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage related logistics.
- Support onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Assist in creating career development plans and competency frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as Co‑op Training in training, learning & development, or HR roles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design engaging training content and materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience with e‑learning tools and digital training platforms.
- Knowledge of competency models and performance management systems.
- Full‑time position within the Human Resources Department.
- Collaboration with various internal departments and external training vendors.
