Position: People Ops Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key partner to employees, ensuring people operations are delivered with accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of employee care.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of core people operations processes, proactively resolve complex employee cases, and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws. You will play an important role in strengthening data integrity, improving HR processes, and supporting a consistent, reliable employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities HRIS Administration & Data Ownership
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data for all KSA employees, ensuring 100% compliance and data reliability.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, salary changes, promotions, transfers, employee record updates, and terminations.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, proactively resolve issues, and improve overall data quality.
  • Partner with HQ to ensure timely system updates and alignment across HR platforms.
Employee Services & Advisory Support
  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees, handling daily HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Independently manage complex employee requests such as HR letters and salary certificates, leave balance reviews and adjustments, and employee record corrections or escalations.
  • Provide clear guidance to employees on HR policies, processes, and labor-related matters.
HQ & External Stakeholder Coordination
  • Execute and oversee daily HR transactions in coordination with HQ and external partners.
  • Manage GOSI registrations, updates, and removals in compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee medical insurance enrollment, changes, and claims support for direct hires.
  • Handle Qiwa contract creation, renewals, and amendments.
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for KSA-specific people operations processes.
Offboarding & Exit Management
  • Own the end-to-end offboarding process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare and validate termination documentation and final settlements.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage clearance processes, and ensure timely updates across all government portals.
  • Identify exit trends and share insights with People Ops leadership.
Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, and internal HR policies.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Analyze people operations data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years’ of experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management and employee lifecycle support.
  • Familiarity with platforms including Bamboo

    HR, Lattice, Jira, and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Background in a fast-growing scale-up is highly beneficial, particularly in the tech sector.
  • Experience in Saudi labor laws and HR regulations, with the ability to apply them independently in day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability, including the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and contribute to operational and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with employees, managers, HQ teams, and external partners.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy, combined with strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining service quality.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
