Job Title:
Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Manager – Oracle Cloud Fusion
The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and continuous optimization of the Human Resources Information Systems with primary ownership of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM
. The role ensures that HR technology platforms effectively support core HR, talent management, payroll interfaces, reporting, and workforce analytics. The HRIS Manager partners with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to maximize system capabilities, data integrity, automation, and user adoption.
- Own and manage Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM system configuration and administration
- Lead functional oversight of Fusion modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Compensation, and Workforce Management
- Manage system updates, quarterly releases, testing cycles, and change impact assessments
- Ensure employee data accuracy, integrity, and security across Oracle Fusion and integrated systems
- Lead HRIS projects including Oracle Fusion enhancements, module rollouts, and integrations
- Coordinate with IT on system architecture, security roles, and interface management
- Oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and payroll, finance, and third‑party applications
- Develop advanced HR dashboards and analytics using Fusion reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher)
- Automate HR workflows and approval processes within Oracle Fusion
- Define HR data governance, audit controls, and access frameworks
- Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships
- Provide advanced system support and troubleshooting for HR users
- Lead HRIS user training and adoption programs
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to HR systems and data privacy
- Document configurations, workflows, and system procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–14 years of experience in HRIS management
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM is mandatory
- Experience in at least several Fusion modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Payroll Interface, etc.)
- Proven experience managing HR system implementations or major upgrades
- Strong understanding of HR data models and process design
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion reporting tools
- Experience in system integrations and data migration projects
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy standards
- Advanced Excel and HR analytics capability preferred
- Oracle Fusion HCM functional expertise
- HR technology strategy and governance
- Data analytics and dashboard reporting
- Process automation and workflow design
- System configuration and troubleshooting
- Vendor and release management
- Change management and training delivery
- High attention to data accuracy
