The Director, Human Resources Services is responsible for leading and transforming Mufeed’s HR function to ensure efficient, compliant, and strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle. The role oversees Talent Acquisition, Personnel & Employee Services, Training & Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations to enable organizational growth in a dynamic, project-driven environment. This position drives workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with business objectives and Saudi labor regulations.
Qualifications& Experience Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent is desirable.
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior HR management role.
- Proven experience in recruitment & talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, and training & development.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, media, or project-based service environments is preferred.
- Strong experience in HR systems (HRIS/ATS), policy development, and HR process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS/ATS) and process automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management in line with business needs.
