Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to support organization development, workforce planning, and daily people matters for the Saudi Manufacturing Campus.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding by coordinating with internal TA teams and local hiring channels to ensure timely talent supply.
  • Handle employee relations, basic HR operations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management, capability development, and employee engagement activities to build a strong local culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure accurate HR data, documentation, and process execution.
  • Drive the localization of Lenovo group HR mechanisms, processes, and project requirements in the Saudi site.
  • Support embedding global HR programs—such as performance, talent development, compliance, and operational standards—into local practices.
  • Ensure alignment between group policies and local execution, acting as the bridge between headquarters and the Saudi local team.
