HR Operations Specialist

Job Objective

To ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, contribute to developing a positive work environment, and support employees and management in various HR-related aspects such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and resolving work-related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment processes including CV screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with relevant departments
  • Assist in preparing contracts and documentation for new hires
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and time‑tracking records
  • Support training and development plans and organize training sessions
  • Implement and follow up on periodic performance evaluations
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and government regulation
  • Resolve work‑related issues and provide guidance to employees regarding their rights and responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of internal HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare periodic reports on HR performance
  • Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Enter and manage employee data in the Jisir or ERP system
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing and employee entitlements, including end‑of‑service benefit
  • Manage social insurance (GOSI), medical insurance registration, and other government‑related HR transactions
  • Track employment contract renewals, probation periods, and sponsorship transfers when applicable
  • Issue official HR letters such as salary certificates, warning letters, and leave approval
  • Support government audits and inspections by preparing and providing required HR documentation
  • Assist in handling employee offboarding and ensure proper clearance and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative operations
  • Experience in using HR systems such as Jisir, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Good understanding of locally applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
