We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for identifying potential, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs
  • Draft, edit, and publish engaging job descriptions across various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Source potential candidates actively using databases, Linked In, and targeted networking events
  • Screen incoming resumes, cover letters, and application forms to filter unqualified candidates
  • Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule technical or in-person interviews between candidates and the hiring team
  • Manage and update candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate pipeline reporting
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate background checks and reference verification
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role in HR
  • Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strategies and social media recruitment
  • Familiarity with current labor legislation and fair hiring practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Exceptional negotiation, interviewing, and assessment abilities
