To support a positive and compliant workplace environment by managing employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies. The role contributes to fair resolution of employee issues, promotes engagement and trust, and supports organizational effectiveness and employee wellbeing. This role is part of the organization’s localization program and is open to Saudi candidates, supporting the development of local talent within the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations queries, concerns, and grievances
- Support investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations practices and labor law requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and actions
- Support resolution discussions, mediation, and corrective action processes
- Monitor employee relations trends and highlight risks or recurring issues
- Support employee engagement and awareness initiatives related to workplace conduct and policies
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and internal governance standards
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on employee relations matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary processes, or investigations
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements
- Based in Khobar or Dammam (or willing to relocate within Eastern Province)
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR policies
- Employee relations and investigation handling
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Documentation and case management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and negotiation ability
