Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team. The role focuses primarily on sales recruitment and managing mass recruitment campaigns
, as well as posting job advertisements and executing recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates mainly for sales positions

• Plan and execute mass recruitment initiatives
  .
• Publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably sales hiring

• Experience in mass hiring / mass recruitment
  .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
